• Not included are soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, tips and gratuities as well as personal acquisitions from the souvenir shop or the local markets.
• All activities as stated in the itinerary are subject to change in the order they are undertaken, depending on the local conditions on the day. Please note all activities are subject to change due to local circumstances.
• The prices for sales are based on two people sharing a room. In the case of a single person booking, single supplements may be applicable. For a third person sharing a tent, portable beds will be provided, and this arrangement is charged at the same rate as twin share prices.
• Children between the ages of 4 and 15 are welcome at Elephant Hills. Elephant Hills does not assume responsibility for children under the age of 4, pregnant women, individuals with poor health, or anyone with a congenital disease, sickness, or injury that was unknown to Elephant Hills prior to their arrival.
• It is important to note that all guests participating in a tour and staying at Elephant Hills must have personal travel insurance that covers them throughout their stay at the facility.
• In regard to luggage, guests have the option to bring their entire luggage to Elephant Hills for their tour if they plan to switch hotels after the tour concludes. The tents at Elephant Hills provide ample space for accommodating luggage. However, if guests are returning to the same hotel, it is recommended to bring only a small overnight bag for the duration of their stay and leave the main luggage at the hotel.

What to bring:

• Please bring non-slip shoes like sturdy sandals or trainers, loose comfortable clothes, sun protection and a rain coat (disposable raincoats are available to buy at our camp), swim wear for use at the pool or in the river and personal toiletries. Please also remember to bring your passport for the check in process.

Transfers: 

Please note that Elephant Hills offers joint transfers at 14:00 pm. Private transfers between 08:00 am and 15:00 pm are available upon request for an additional fee. For safety reasons, earlier or later transfers are not possible. If you have a late arrival or early departure, it is recommended to book an extra night near the airport. Please be aware that booking a private transfer may result in missing activities at Elephant Hills on that day. For more information, kindly contact the reservation department.

For guests traveling to different destinations, transfers between locations are provided at no extra charge, making it convenient for touring itineraries in the South. Self-drive arrivals or transfers by other companies are not permitted to ensure timely and hassle-free experiences.

Regarding airport transfers, it is recommended to fly into Surat Thani (URT) rather than Phuket (HKT) for cost-effectiveness and proximity to Elephant Hills. Meeting points are specified for each airport. In case of flight delays exceeding 15 minutes, private transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

For transfers to the airport, check-out time is 2pm. Plan flights accordingly, considering the estimated travel time to the airport. Surcharges apply for transfers outside of the regular joint transfer times. Please contact the reservations team for private transfer inquiries.

Specific instructions and surcharges apply for transfers to Railay Beach, Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao. Boat transfers and early check-outs may impact activities at Elephant Hills. Assistance with ferry tickets can be provided upon request.

Cancellation policy: 

• 10% of the Price where a Package is cancelled by a Customer more than 30 days from
  the date the Package is to commence.
• 50% of the Price where a Package is cancelled by a Customer between (and inclusive of)
  30 and 15 days from the date the Package is to commence.
• 100% of the Price where a Package is cancelled by a Customer with 14 days of the date
  the Package is to commence or where the Customer does not show at the designated time
  set down in the Booking.
