Notice of any cancellation of or, reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms must be provided
in writing to the hotel and reconfirmed in writing by the hotel.
During busy periods the hotel reserves the right to impose stricter cancellation conditions. In these
cases, conditions will be advised by the hotel reservations agent at the time of booking.
