Our aim is make the booking process as simple as possible. By using the trade portal, you can make a reservation at your contracted trade rate in just 4 steps! You’ll receive an emailed confirmation letter with a link to modify or cancel the booking. You can make up to 5 bookings per arrival date via the trade portal.
Trade agent booking terms & conditions do vary depending on the season and rate plan. Please refer to your contract for the full list of terms & conditions.
Groups:
Up to 5 reservations on a particular date are allowed via the trade portal. 6 or more rooms are considered a group and group terms & conditions apply. Group bookings must be received via email to groups@myexpeditions.com.au.

IMPORTANT:
It is important to note that the access code is the key to unlocking your special trade rates, so without entering this code you will only have access to full-priced public pricing.
Please remember to enter your voucher or reference number when you reach the final booking page. Without a voucher or reference number the booking may be considered as not confirmed.
Please note there are a maximum of 5 rooms per date, per property, that can be booked. Any more than 5 rooms is considered a group and as such, is to be strictly managed via email to groups@myexpeditions.com.au. Our dedicated Groups Management team will then respond. Group T&C’s as per your contract will apply.
If you have any special requests, there is a place in the online booking for special notes.
If you do not have credit with NRMA Expeditions, pre-payment will be required. If you wish to obtain credit with NRMA Expeditions, please complete the attached and return to accounts.receivable@myexpeditions.com.au
