Booking Processes

COMMISSION:

Rates are NETT and must be marked up. Take note of page 2 of the contract for 20% off bonus offer.

Rates for Toberua are tax exclusive and in NZD.

The following is the Resort’s policy with respect to TERMS OF PAYMENT
DEPOSIT; No deposit is required at the time of booking.
BALANCE; Full balance is payable TWENTY ONE (21) days prior to the guests arrival. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
LATE BOOKINGS; Bookings made within TWENTY (20) days or less before arrival are payable immediately.
If late payment occurs, the resort reserves the right to release the booking unconfirmed.
The Resort must agree in writing to any other arrangement regarding payment procedures and credit
facilities.
The Resort reserves the right to change the method / currency of payment at any time.
Details of payment requirements are stated on the Resort’s Invoices.
