Booking Processes

COMMISSION:

Commission: 10 – 20%
Commission to Agents: 5 – 12%

Static rates are nett and need to be marked up 20%. Please check for tactical offers in share drive before quoting.

Dynamic rates booked on Shangri-la Gold Ambassadors are 15%. All other dynamic rates are 10% only.

We can price match any promo on the Shangri-la Yanuca website however commission is only 10%

IMPORTANT:

Low Season (1 NOV – 22 DEC 2023 8 JAN -31 MAR 2024) rates will be increased per category by FJD 50 and Shoulder Season (17 APR – 30 JUN 2023 9 – 31 OCT 2023) rates will be increased by FJD 30 per category. Low and Shoulder Seasons now have the same rates. The net wholesale leisure contract rates should be booked under the new booking code: “WSLA23-1” effective 18 February 2023. All reservations and payments are subject to the participating hotel’s standard reservation terms and conditions based on the type of rates booked.
A credit card is required to guarantee or pre-pay for your reservation. To maintain confidentiality of these exclusive rates, Agency / Agencies should not use guest’s credit card for reservation.
Full prepayment is due 7 Days prior to arrival either by bank transfer or through the payment link which will be sent by the participating property. In the event that payment is not made, then the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any further notification.
