1. System Connectivity – accessibly in Agent’s corner or by clicking the icon and shows the live connection status Rail Europe has with the carriers. A red dot means the connection is down and your booking will fail. This is my “go to” page before I create a booking!
2. Train Product fact sheets broken down by country and carrier – this is your “go to” for specific train routes, onboard services, booking horizons etc. Accessible from the Planning resources heading
3. Under the ‘Help’ heading and then ‘Help articles’ you have Planning/Booking/Traveling articles. In ‘Planning’ there is How far in advance can I book train tickets? Which shows the booking horizon broken down by country and carrier.
4. In the same location but under Booking you have Getting started with your Eurail/Interrail mobile Pass and How to book a Eurail/Interrail seat reservation?
5. Finally at the very bottom of the ‘Help’ page you can click the ACCESS CONTACT FORM to reach our contact support page – here you can request support with After-sales/help to book a journey/payment/Help to book an ad75 etc.
