Availability Check and Prices

• You can check availability online on our website www.mcrent.eu if you choose “Motorhomes and prices”
• You can also send us your entire requests via e-mail; we will answer within 24 hours, except on weekends
• We always require the following information: – Surname, First Name of the main driver
  – Number of travellers
  – Vehicle category
  – Pick-up city and pick-up date
  – Drop-off city and drop-off date
  – Extras requested
• We will check availability for your request and send an option for the requested vehicle or an alternative in a separate e-mail.
• The option is valid for 48 hours
• If your clients aren’t sure yet, please send us an email and we can check if the option can be extended. Booking Confirmations

• Please recheck the option very carefully and reconfirm the booking if client wants to book it
• After we got the confirmation from you, we will send the binding booking confirmation
• Please note that the vehicle is only confirmed as soon as you get the binding confirmation
• Please also note that as soon as the booking is confirmed from us, you can only cancel with the normal cancellation fees you find in out Terms & Conditions
• You will get an invoice from us, where the rental price is listed explicitly Payment

• On our invoice you can find your commission and the total cost, which you have to pay us
• Please check the due date carefully and transfer the money on time to the appropriate bank account (please see the document “Foreign Currency Accounts Rental Alliance”)
• Please consider that the stations can’t give out the vehicle to the client, if we didn’t receive your payment before their Pick-Up

• Please ask your customers to do our Online Check-In:https://www.mcrent.de/speed/login.jsp

  Doing the Online Check In will speed up their pick-up process.

• Clients should also call the rental station to agree on a suitable time for their Pick-UpIf you have any further questions regarding your bookings, the stations or anything else, we are happy to give you all necessary information.
