Holiday beds (formally TCG Hotels) is our very own accommodation portal which will allow you to book and hold accommodation without payment for up to 7 days.

HOW TO BOOK:

TCG Hotels Portal on Okta.

Once booking is held in with your individual login, to confirm this, you need to log into Holiday Bed Backend.
Search for your booking using the booking number
Click on the View Booking
And Confirm
Should only be done once you have received money on file.

Load in Tramad

Supplier is Expedia API
Please load the nett rate as per the backend
Add your markup in the Mark Up box
Nett should be as per the backend of Holiday Beds

Payment

PAY BY:

This is paid on invoice on a weekly basis.
Once a booking is made, it will appear on the invoice from Expedia Partner Solution.
