To set yourself up for success, we ask you have the below information ready to give to our ProHub Team when chatting through:

 

– Departure

– Cabin Type

– All Names of Passengers

– Email Address for all Passengers

– Home Address (Please note: PO Boxes are not accepted)

– Phone numbers

– Meal requests and/or Dietary Requirements

– Emergency Contact

– QF Frequent Flyer Number (if applicable)

– Any other requests

If you made the booking yourself or via ProHub Chat between 14SEP20 to 30JAN21, please contact the supplier directly to manage your booking.

The ProHub team will unfortunately have no access to view or amend these bookings.

Payments via HELiO

GSR payments are swept in the background of HELiO.  This means you don’t need to contact ProHub to request invoices to pay, or advise that you have paid.
