HOW TO BOOK:

Log into booking portal 4wheels via Okta or direct link here

Partner ID – AUNZHOLID
Username – AUNZHOLID
Password – Travel1!
  1. Agents It’s recommended each agent add their own name for the first time bookings. After the first time booking, agents can use the drop down for easy ‘agent’ selection in the future.
    This is a great function as you can keep track of who made what booking.

  1. Users – For the best we suggest sharing the one login AUNZHOLID for all staff to use. This will save on any complications should they arise as when investigating any issue, we can look into the one main account.
  2. NZ airport vs city collections – Error messages. With the two variations (NZ for instance Airport collections vs City collections) and the prompt to notify you. An error message won’t appear however a good indication of the airport rate vs city rate can be the price that appears in the rate quote: ‘To be paid locally upon arrival’ – Airport collections will charge a PLS (premium location surcharge) which will be indicated:

Invoice is produced monthly by Europcar. Please note if car hire falls over 2 months eg… pick up 28th Jan – drop off 2nd Feb, the car hire will be split over two invoices.
