How long is the Tour?
Whether you are short on time or have all afternoon to hang out, there’s a tour to suit everyone!
Our Kea 6-Line tour is 2.5 to 3 hours in length. Our Moa 4-Line tour takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.
If you’re short on time, our Kererū 2-Line + Drop and Kererū Interactive tours take only 45 mins to 1 hour.
Check-in at the Ziptrek Treehouse at least 15 minutes before departure. Allow 40-60mins to travel by gondola from the base to the Ziptrek Treehouse.
What to bring
Closed-toe footwear is compulsory on all tours. It’s always a few degrees cooler up on Bob’s Peak and weather conditions can change quickly. Always bring an extra layer, no matter the season.
In winter, we recommend you rug up as if you’re going skiing! Gloves, hats, neck warmers and warm coats are essential.
If you have a camera or small recording device, you’re welcome to bring it with you.
We do have the capacity to safely store small items: wallets, small bags, sunglasses etc for you while on tour – but recommend you leave anything bulky at your accommodation or at our booking office at 45 Camp St, Queenstown.
