Embark on a Tandem Skydive with NZONE Skydive in Queenstown, located in New Zealand’s picturesque South Island. After a scenic 15-minute flight to reach the desired altitude, you will edge closer to the plane’s precipice before taking the leap of faith. Keep your gaze upward, flash a smile at the skydive photographer capturing your unforgettable moments, and immerse yourself in the breathtaking surroundings. Following the heart-pounding freefall, you will embark on a serene 4-5 minute parachute descent, gently gliding back to the skydive drop zone, ensuring a safe and memorable landing.

Our world-leading Queenstown drop zone includes a customer cafe with 6 internet kiosks and new Discovery Zone so you can watch the parachutes being packed and learn about the history of skydiving, the make-up of the equipment involved and how the freefall camera systems work. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase, toilets and a souvenir clothing & gifts store, as well as free WI-FI. We also have lockers to store your valuables while skydiving.
Courtesy transport to our drop zone is included in the price from the Queenstown shop.
If you prefer you can check in at our shop and then drive to the drop zone. This maybe a good option if car parking in Queenstown for several hours is a challenge.
What to bring
You will be provided with a jumpsuit, hat, goggles and gloves, so all you need to wear are warm layers and flat closed-toed shoes. If you wear glasses, we have goggles that fit over the top.
All persons over 95kg are subject to Tandem Master assessment at the drop zone.
The ability for a child to jump is determined by their age (6 years and over), weight, size and how the harness fits. The minimum weight is 40kg/88lbs and minimum height is 1.2m/47.2inches. All passengers must fit securely into the harness.
Children 12 years and under are permitted to skydive from a maximum height of 9 000ft.
All children are subject to an assessment on the day by the Tandem Master.
Those under 18 require parental/guardian consent. Please be aware that skydiving is a very weather dependent activity and cancellations due to unsuitable weather conditions may occur. Full refunds will be given if this occurs.
