Meet Up Information:

• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Make sure to arrive on time

License Required:

• Driver’s licenses and international driving permits (IDP) issued in Indonesia and China are not valid for use in Japan.
• A valid Japanese driver’s license, Japanese SOFA license, or an International Driving Permit is required for this activity
• Holders of a driver’s license from Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia, Switzerland, or Taiwan may present their original license along with an official Japanese translation provided by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) or the designated country’s embassy or consulate in Japan
• For travellers who are not from Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia, Switzerland, or Taiwan, their International Driving Permit should be based on the 1949 Geneva Convention for this activity
• For Taiwanese travellers, please bring your Taiwan license and official Japanese translation with you. Check the official website of the Taiwanese Highway Administration for more details
• You may be denied from participating in the activity if you fail to present both your license and the official Japanese translation. No refund will be issued in this instance

Fee Exclude:

• The customer will be responsible for any damage in excess of the amount of co-payment and the maximum amount of compensation mentioned above
• In the event of an accident that falls within the scope of events for which insurance payments cannot be made under the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, no compensation will be made
• If there is no proof of accident from the police, there may be no compensation

Additional information:

• We will provide you with more information about the documents required for kart rental after you make a reservation. If you do not have all the documents, you may not be able to rent a kart
• The facility provides cosplay costumes that participants can borrow for no extra charge. You can purchase inexpensive costumes at the nearby Don Quixote shop if you would like your own!
• The guide driver will serve as a guide for the entire group
• You need to have a international license in order to join this activity.
• Arrive at your selected time
• Staff will check your driver’s license (valid Japanese driver’s license or international driving license, if you live overseas, please bring a copy of your passport)
• Dress up in a cosplay costume provided (optional)
• Staff will explain the road rules and take you through the operation instructions of the kart

Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the selected activity date.
