From the park, it’s a short 5 min walk to Maihama Station. From there get the JR Keiyo Line to Tokyo Station.
At Tokyo Station, you can change to your line to get back.
For Shinjuku, take the Chuo Line for a direct train.
For Ikebukuro, take the Yamanote Line. ( Yamanote Line also goes to Shinjuku Station)
